  • Free Cancellation (Up to 48 Hours Before Departure):
    • Customers may cancel their tour free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
    • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Departure:
    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour’s scheduled departure time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour’s scheduled departure.
  • No-Shows:
    • If you do not show up for the tour at the designated time and place, this will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Late Arrivals:
    • Please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Tours will depart promptly, and late arrivals may not be accommodated, in which case no refunds will be provided.

  • Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours Before Departure):
    • Customers may cancel their shuttle service free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
    • A full refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Departure:
    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
  • No-Shows:
    • If you fail to board the shuttle at the designated time and location, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
  • Delayed or Missed Flights/Connections:
    • If you miss your shuttle service due to delayed or missed flights/connections, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but refunds may not be available for missed shuttles under such circumstances.

  • Tour Rescheduling (Subject to Availability):
    • Customers may request to reschedule their tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, free of charge, subject to availability.
    • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the departure time will incur a 20% modification fee.
  • Shuttle Service Rescheduling:
    • Shuttle service bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without a fee, subject to availability.
    • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up may incur a 20% modification fee, depending on availability.

  • Tour or Shuttle Service Cancellations by Us:
    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour or shuttle service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, road closures, or minimum group size not being met), we will:
      • Offer the option to reschedule the tour or shuttle service at no additional cost, or
      • Provide a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Minimum Participants for Tours:
    • Some of our tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, we will notify you in advance, and you can choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

  • Medical or Family Emergencies:
    • We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical or family emergency, please contact us directly, and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. We may request supporting documentation for such cancellations.
  • Third-Party Bookings:
    • If you booked through a third-party website or travel agency, their cancellation policies may apply in addition to ours. Please refer to their terms for additional information.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the cancellation request being approved. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during booking.
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
