Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as straightforward and fair as possible. Please carefully review our cancellation policy for single-day tours and shuttle services before booking.
1. Cancellation of Single-Day Tours
- Free Cancellation (Up to 48 Hours Before Departure):
- Customers may cancel their tour free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours of Departure:
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour’s scheduled departure time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour’s scheduled departure.
- No-Shows:
- If you do not show up for the tour at the designated time and place, this will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.
- Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Tours will depart promptly, and late arrivals may not be accommodated, in which case no refunds will be provided.
2. Cancellation of Shuttle Services
- Free Cancellation (Up to 24 Hours Before Departure):
- Customers may cancel their shuttle service free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
- A full refund will be provided.
- Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Departure:
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
- No-Shows:
- If you fail to board the shuttle at the designated time and location, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
- Delayed or Missed Flights/Connections:
- If you miss your shuttle service due to delayed or missed flights/connections, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but refunds may not be available for missed shuttles under such circumstances.
3. Modifications to Bookings
- Tour Rescheduling (Subject to Availability):
- Customers may request to reschedule their tour up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, free of charge, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the departure time will incur a 20% modification fee.
- Shuttle Service Rescheduling:
- Shuttle service bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without a fee, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up may incur a 20% modification fee, depending on availability.
4. Company Cancellations
- Tour or Shuttle Service Cancellations by Us:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour or shuttle service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, road closures, or minimum group size not being met), we will:
- Offer the option to reschedule the tour or shuttle service at no additional cost, or
- Provide a full refund to the original payment method.

- Minimum Participants for Tours:
- Some of our tours require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, we will notify you in advance, and you can choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
5. Special Circumstances
- Medical or Family Emergencies:
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical or family emergency, please contact us directly, and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. We may request supporting documentation for such cancellations.
- Third-Party Bookings:
- If you booked through a third-party website or travel agency, their cancellation policies may apply in addition to ours. Please refer to their terms for additional information.
6. How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking

Please note that all refund requests and modifications must be made through these channels to be valid.
7. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of the cancellation request being approved. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used during booking.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
